Ms. Clarke strives to ensure all WrapManager clients receive an ongoing superior client experience. She works with new and existing clients to facilitate operational aspects of accounts, money movements, and client requests. Additionally, Mrs. Clarke acts as a liaison between our clients, WrapManager’s partners, and outside investment parties.

Victoria Clarke brings her expertise in comprehensive wealth management, retirement planning for individuals, and employer-sponsored retirement plans to WrapManager. She holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College, and the Series 7, 66 and California Life Insurance licenses. Early in her financial services career, she worked with an independent wealth management, tax planning and life insurance brokerage office in San Francisco. During that time Ms. Clarke focused on branch office operations and developed and implemented high-level operational and client service procedures.

Away from the office, Ms. Clarke is a member of the Alliance Française de San Francisco.  She can be found building bonfires at San Francisco’s Ocean Beach, hiking in the Berkeley and Oakland Hills, tasting Northern California’s local wines, and roaming around the streets of Paris at midnight during the month of June.
