Mr. O'Connor embraces WrapManager's culture of client service and our belief in the power of diversity. His responsibilities include managing the entire investor experience as well as the communication between our investors and their investment advisor representatives. Additionally, Mr. O'Connor ensures that our investment advisor team adheres to WrapManager's First Class Service Standards, Level 7 Assurances and our 360 Degree Wealth Management process. As a member of our management team he looks for improvements in our process that will best serve our clients and empower them to reach their investment objectives.
His past experience includes work at Harris, Bretall, Sullivan & Smith LLC, one of the premier money management firms in the country. While there, Mike developed many of the core beliefs that exist at WrapManager today. These core tenets include the importance of a customized asset allocation, the benefits of a multi manager implementation approach and adherence to a disciplined investment strategy. Most recently, he was with Genworth Financial Wealth Management, formerly a division of General Electric, where he worked with both CPA and independent investment advisory firms. Genworth is an investment solution platform for Independent Registered Investment Advisory firms. As a client of WrapManager you will benefit from his past experience.
