As a long standing member of the WrapManager team, Ms. De Vol takes great care in cultivating and maintaining the culture of compliance at WrapManager. She is responsible for compliance with The Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and firm Code of Ethics. Ms. De Vol also works to ensure that firm operations and business activities run smoothly.
Ms. De Vol holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCPsm) designation from National Regulatory Services which is co-sponsored by the Investment Adviser Association. With the regulatory landscape constantly evolving and changing, Ms. De Vol is committed to staying abreast of regulatory changes and how they affect our clients and processes. She participates in ongoing compliance training throughout each year to help ensure that WrapManager clients are protected and properly informed. She supervises firm activities to ensure that WrapManager fulfills its fiduciary duty to our clients and that client interest is always first and foremost. Ms. Devol also holds the Series 7, 65, 63 and 24 licenses.
Outside of the office, Ms. De Vol can often be found planning her next road trip, trying out new gourmet recipes, scouring flea markets and jetting around San Francisco on her vintage Vespa.
